The Masters Fellowship Mid-Atlantic is a fellowship of churches helping churches.

We are a fellowship of local churches committed to the exposition of the Word in every congregation and the sufficiency of Scripture in every ministry. We exist to strengthen local churches in our region, encourage like-minded pastors, and promote a biblical philosophy of ministry.

Strengthening the Church

  • The Bible Institute exists to promote quality Biblical education for believers who want to learn God’s word at a deeper level and to develop future leaders by training students in sound theology and biblical education.

  • TMF churches have joined together to offer a listing of churches in the Mid- Atlantic region that subscribe to our doctrinal standards and practice shared ministry distinctives.

  • Shared Ministry — churches have joined together for various ministries aimed at strengthening local church, such as retreats, seminars, and other special events.

  • Administrative Ministry — churches have joined together to provide administrative support, advice, and counsel to new church plants and small congregations.

Encouraging Pastors

  • Pastors’ Fraternal — pastors have joined together to host a monthly online pastors fraternal that provides pastors with collegial conversation, spiritual fellowship, and ongoing ministry sharpening.

  • Pastors’ Fellowship — pastors have joined together to host semi-annual fellowship meetings for the pastors in our region that provide opportunities for fellowship and mutual encouragement.

  • Pastor’s Wives Fellowship — pastors have joined together to host semi-annual fellowship meetings for the pastor’s wives in our region that are hosted in conjunction with the pastors fellowship meetings.

  • Pastors’ Discipleship — pastors have joined together to provide a network of pastors for personal and mutual discipleship that will especially benefit men who are new to ministry or new to the region.

  • Pastors’ Ordination — pastors have joined together to help regional pastors examine men who are seeking to be ordained to the gospel ministry.

  • Pastors’ Pulpit Supply— pastors have joined together to help provide pulpit supply for Pastors who are unable to preach due to vacations, illness, or family emergencies.

Promoting Biblical Philosophy of Ministry

  • Annual Conference — churches have joined together to conduct an annual equipping conference that brings together all of our churches for a time of fellowship in which our doctrinal and ministry distinctives are taught.

  • Online Resources — churches have joined together to curate biblical resources like articles, sermons, and blog posts on our website that promote biblical doctrine and philosophy of ministry.

  • Local Pastors Lunches — churches have joined together to host lunches for pastors in various location throughout the region designed to introduce and reinforce a philosophy of ministry built on the sufficiency of Scripture and a biblical model of shepherding.
