How much does a GAMA GBI course cost?

Classes are typically $30. See the course registration page for more details.


What does the course fee cover?

The course fee covers onsite training, course materials, and light refreshments including beverages and snacks.

How do I register?

Class registration opens two months before the class date and closes at midnight the Sunday before class.


Walk-In Policy

Walk-ins may pay the entire course fee on the day of class via cash, check or debit/credit card.  Up to three (3) walk-ins can receive course materials on the day of class.  These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  All other walk-ins are welcome to attend and may pick up course materials at the next following class, usually two (2) weeks later.


Cancellation & Transfer Policy

To cancel your registration, email ravi.rastogi@hopebiblechurch.org.  A $2 processing fee will be charged if you cancel while registration is still open. 

If registration has closed (midnight on the Wednesday before class), a $5 processing fee will be charged.  No refunds will be provided on the day of class.  A “no show” will result in forfeiting your course registration fee.
If registration is still open, you may transfer your payment to another course within that calendar year.

If class is cancelled due to inclement weather or for any other reason, a full refund will be issued.


Inclement Weather Policy

Please note that GAMA Bible Institute does not conform to Howard County Public School’s (HCPS) closing policies. We may be open even when HCPS has cancelled Saturday events.


When making a decision about closings and delays, we take into consideration county snow emergencies, school closing information, the condition of travel routes to GAMA Bible Institute, and the condition of parking areas and walkways.


A pop-up announcement will appear on our website by 6 a.m. with details of any closings.  We will also send an email announcement to all registered students announcing cancellation by 6 a.m. on the day of class.
